Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail box account you want to redirect emails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
